KJ Værktøj is a well-established sales- and service business with its head office in Nykøbing Falster. There are branches located strategically in major commercial areas of Denmark: Hørning near Aarhus - Frederikssund - Thisted - Kolding and Odense where also the automated central warehouse is located.
KJ Værktøj is Denmark's largest distributor within its product field: Tools, machine tools, ball- and roller bearings for the Metal- and machine industry.
The company was established in 1956 by Kurt Jørgensen, hence the name KJ which, in its present form, was established in 1983 when part of the staff took over the company.
KJ Værktøj is the representative in Denmark for a number of the world's leading manufacturers within the Metal- and machine industry. These agencies include, but are not limited to, advanced hard metal tools for milling, turning and drilling with systems which make the work processes effective, efficient and simple. Besides marketing traditional ball and roller bearings, KJ Værktøj also has agencies for leading manufacturers of corrosion- and thermo resistant bearings and bearing housings, which are especially suitable in dirty, humid and/or aggressive environments.
KJ Værktøj sells its products through a large staff of salesmen directly to companies within the machine-, engine- and component manufacturing industry.
